Ingredients:
2-3 slices of bacon
2 slices of bread
1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
1/2 cup mozzarella and cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons guacamole, room temperature
Directions:
Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside on paper towels to drain. Butter one side of each slice of bread place it into a pan on medium heat. Add the shredded cheese onto each piece. Add the guacamole and bacon to one piece of bread. Add the bacon on top of the guacamole. Put the other piece of bread on top and cook until the cheese is melted and gooey. Enjoy!
