BANANA CAKE

This banana cake tastes even better on the second day. It is very similar to a banana mud cake as it’s moist and quite dense. It tastes totally of bananas as there are no added spices.

Ingredients

2 cups of flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of sugar (I used a little less)
1/4 cup oil (I used vegetable)
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
