GREEK MARINATED TOMATOES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 to 8 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 1 (16-oz) bottle Greek dressing

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Slice tomatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
  2. Place tomato slices in a ziplock bag or large plastic container. Pour Greek dressing over tomatoes.
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours up to overnight.
