How To Make Stuffing From Scratch

Ingredients:

Any loaf of bread
Butter
1 minced onion
2 Tbsp herbs of your choice
4 crushed garlic cloves
6 chopped celery stalks
2 eggs
2 ½ cups chicken broth

Directions:
Cut or tear bread slices into cubes. You’ll need 8-10 cups. Scatter bread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, sauté butter in a pan over medium-high heat; add onions, herbs of your choice, crushed garlic and celery stalks. Stir until it begins to brown then add to bowl with bread

In a separate bowl, whisk 2 eggs and 2 ½ cups chicken broth and add to bread and spices mixture.

Transfer to a baking sheet and bake again at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
