2. Bananas. If you’re suffering from either constipation or diarrhea, Bel Marra Health recommends eating bananas.
3. BRAT. An acronym for bananas, rice, applesauce and toast, Healthline says to try this out if you’re suffering from nausea or diarrhea.
4. Rice tea. A rather novel idea, Reader’s Digest recommends “rice tea” for diarrhea or an upset stomach. Boil 1/2 cup rice in 6 cups of water for 15 minutes. Strain the rice and add some honey to sweeten it.
