ITALIAN CHICKEN & STUFFING BAKE

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  2. 1 (6 oz.) package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1-1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  6. 1/3 cup prepared basil pesto
  7. 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine diced tomatoes, stuffing mix, water and garlic. Stir together until stuffing is moistened.
  4. Lay chicken pieces in a single layer in the prepared baking pan. Spread the basil pesto over the tops of chicken. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the chicken.Top with the stuffing mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
