2. Avocado and Oatmeal Face Mask:
Ingredients:
- ½ ripe avocado
- ½ cup oatmeal
Preparation time: 3 minutes.
How to apply:
- Mash the avocado with a fork and combine with oatmeal.
- Apply to skin
- keep on for 10–15 minutes, and then rinse off with warm water
- Good to help hydrate dry skin.
Repetitions: Twice a week.
Best time to apply: Apply this mask is in the morning.

3. Banana and Oatmeal Face Mask:
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon ground oatmeal
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon milk
Preparation time: 5 minutes.
How to apply:
- In a small mixing bowl, place banana and mash with a fork. Then mix a tablespoon of ground oatmeal.
- Wash your face with warm water to open pores. Using clean fingers, rub the mask onto the face in a circular motion.
- Apply a thick layer.
- Keep the mask in place for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water and do not use soap.
Repetitions: Twice a week.
