Slow Cooker Sweet and Spicy Peanuts

Ingredients

3 cups salted dry roasted peanuts
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons hot water
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 – 2 tablespoons sriracha
1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Place peanuts in a 1 1/2-quart slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over the peanuts and toss to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 1 1/2 hours. Spread onto wax paper to cool.
