The SmartPoints® system has been incredibly successful in helping members to eat better while losing weight, but we are always looking to make the program even simpler and more livable for you. Our newest program takes the food plan you know and love and bumps up the benefits even more!

SO WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?

  • We’ve kept our proven SmartPoints system
    The core of the program still works the same. It is based on the latest nutritional science and  every food and drink is still on the menu. No foods have gone up in value, and many have gone down!

  • More choices
    We’ve greatly expanded the list of foods that have a SmartPoints value of 0, including ones you might not expect like chicken, fish, eggs, corn, beans, and more.

  • Less counting and tracking
    Now, you don’t have to track or measure any food that is 0!

  • More flexibility
    ​Rollovers give you flexibility to use fewer SmartPoints values one day and have up to 4 extras rolled over into your bank of weekly SmartPoints for a day when you need them. (We’ll tell you more about them below.)

The same foods that were 0 SmartPoints value in the previous plan are still 0—but now we’ve greatly expanded the list!
