It is cucumber time! Here is great way to use all of them. Cucumber Salad: Great side dish for only 50 calories!

1 large cucumber
2 tsp coarse sea salt (or to taste some think it is a little salty)
1 Tbsp light sour cream
1 tsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
