So good! I’ve tried several biscuit recipes in the past with this one being my favorite. These are soft, buttery, and tender. I used Pioneer biscuit mix, Sprite, and I just cut the biscuits into squares. I also turned the biscuit in the melted butter so that both sides were coated in butter. I will definitely be cooking these from now on.
Ingredients
4 cups Bisquick
1 cup sour cream
1 cup 7-up
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sour cream
1 cup 7-up
1/2 cup melted butter
How to make it
Mix bisquick, sour cream and 7 up. Dough will be very soft – don’t worry Knead and fold dough until coated with your baking mix. Pat dough out and cut biscuits using a round biscuit / cookie cutter. Melt butter in bottom of cookie sheet pan or 9×13 casserole dish. Place biscuits on top of melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes or until brown at 425 degrees
