Banana Nut Bread

5 ripe bananas
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
5 tsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup unpacked brown sugar
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 egg

Mash bananas and set aside

In a small bowl mix eggs, butter, sugar, milk and set aside

In another bowl mix together both flours, salt, baking powder, baking soda

 Slowly pour and mix together both bowls until blended.

Fold in banana and walnuts.

Spray a loaf pan or bundt cake pan and pour in batter. Bake for about 1 hour at 350.

Serves 18.
