CAJUN HASSELBACK CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • Tony’s creole seasoning
  • Andouille sausage
  • Colby jack cheese, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Slice and sautee andouille sausage. Set on paper towel to drain.
  3. Seasoning the chicken and then slice into the chicken without slicing all the way through.
  4. Stuff the chicken slices with andouille sausage and Colby jack cheese slices.
  5. Bake chicken 30-40 minutes
