Place 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ginger and 1/2 cup crushed peppermint leaves in 1 cup of water. Boil for 5 minutes and steep for 10 minutes. Strain the ginger and peppermint out and drink.
6. Toast. If your stomach is upset and looking for something easy to digest, Bel Marra Health recommends toast. Charcoal is also supposed to help with nausea, so if you let the toast get a little burnt, you can get the added benefit of charcoal.
