LOSE WEIGHT IN A SNAP: THE IDEAL CALORIE-FREE ROASTED PEARS!

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Clean pears from seeds and slice in half. Soak pears in a small bowl of water with a tbsp of lemon juice. Set pears aside. In a small saucepan, add honey, coconut butter, orange juice, thyme springs and the seeds from the vanilla bean pod. You can also use vanilla extract as a replacement. Stir until mixture dissolves and simmer for 5 minutes. Bake pears in an oven-proof baking dish face-down. Cover them with honey combo before baking them.
Roast for 15 minutes, then turn and let pears soak in their juices. Roast another 15 minutes.
Let the roasted pears cool off for 10 minutes, then turn them backwards and pour the mixture in the middle.
Garnish with fresh thyme!
