Have you ever tried making sweet potatoes with marshmallows? I bet you haven’t! Today, you can make that happen if you want to! Check out this simple and sweet potato casserole, you will love it!
You’ll Need:
2 ½ lbs of peeled, boiled and mashed potatoes.
¼ cup of melted butter.
¼ cup of packed brown sugar.
¼ cup of white sugar.
¼ tsp of cinnamon or nutmeg.
2 large beaten eggs.
½ cup of milk.
Mini marshmallows.
How to:
Preheat the oven to 350° and butter a 9×13 casserole dish.
Mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, butter, sugars, cinnamon, eggs and milk in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture in the casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes. Top the sweet potatoes with marshmallows and bake for 15 more minutes!
