Ingredients
- 7 ounces nitrate-free smoked salmon, sliced
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- 6 ounces arugula
- 3 ounces feta, diced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Squeeze the lemon on the smoked salmon. Set aside.
- On the serving plate, distribute the smoked salmon, avocado, rucola and feta.
- In a small bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and salt then pour it on the salad.
