SLOW COOKER RANCH POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1½ pounds potatoes (gold or red, not russet potatoes)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon homemade ranch seasoning blend
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Wash and cut potatoes into bite sized pieces (I leave skin on)
  2. Toss in bowl with olive oil and seasoning
  3. Line a small slow cooker well with foil and pour potatoes into center
  4. Wrap tightly and cover
  5. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 or until potatoes are tender
